REFUNDS

If a parent contacts you and asks for a refund, refer them immediately to our WEB page at www.vyi.org/basketball where they will find at the bottom of the vertical menu an item entitled "Parent Refund Request". Parents must fill out this form to obtain a refund and no requests from any other source will be considered.

Once complete, this item is forwarded directly to the VYI Treasurer for reimbursement based on VYI guidelines published at our WEB site.
